2011 Jackrabbit Football Banquet
The Forney High School Jackrabbit football team will hold their annual Football Banquet on Saturday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m. in the Forney High School cafeteria and auditorium. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door.
Board of Trustees Election Filing Information

FISD Elementary Student Receives Commendation

Kaufman County Sheriff David A. Byrnes presented a commendation to a 6th grade student at Henderson Elementary School on Monday, Jan. 9. Click here for more details.


NFHS Senior Class First Annual Donkey Basketball Game
The North Forney High School Senior Class will host the 1st Annual Donkey Basketball Game on Friday, Feb. 3 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $6 in advance, $8 at the door. A BBQ dinner with chips and a drink is available for $5. Call 214-289-8691 for more information.
School Report Card - 2010-2011

Forney ISD is required to provide access to the State of Texas 2010-11 School Report Card for the District. The report provides information concerning student performance, expenditures, average class size, and student/teacher ratios. FISD Financial Solvency Plan - 2011

The FISD Board of Trustees approved a plan to reimburse the TEA $13.65 million over a five year period beginning with the current 2011-2012 school year. Click here for more information about the plan.



Graduation Requirements and Changes

With the implementation of STAAR™, students in the 3rd through 9th grade during the 2011-2012 school year will have different graduating requirements than students who are currently in the 10th through 12th grade. Forney ISD Accepting Out of District Student Transfers

FISD Bad Weather Notification Process
