Forney ISD offers Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) for students who qualify due to a disability condition.

This is a special education program for students ages 3 and 4 that focuses on providing early intervention for delays in developmental skills: speech/communication, social/emotional, physical, cognitive and adaptive behavior.  There are a spectrum of services available including speech therapy and classroom programs.

If you suspect your child has a disability, please complete the Child Find Intake form (English      Spanish)  so that an evaluation can be set up through our Special Education Department.

If you are new to Forney and your child has already been identified with a disability and has an IEP, please complete the new student enrollment process.  It is helpful if you can provide a copy of the IEP and evaluation report.
