Parents/Guardians who wish to withdraw their student from Forney ISD to place them in an alternate educational setting such as a non-accredited school or a home school are asked to complete this form.
The Forney ISD Home School Withdrawal Form provides the campus with a record of the parent/guardian acknowledgement of the requirements for withdrawal to home school and/or procedures and policies for returning to Forney ISD from an alternative educational school setting. Parents/Guardians must also contact the campus to complete the full withdrawal process from the district.
