Interested in earning your lifeguard certification? 

The Forney ISD Aquatic Center will be holding a Lifeguard Certification on March 10th all day long.  The course is $190 for a hybrid class including 6 hours online and an all day in person training that comes with First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguard certifications.   Must be 15 years old or older to enroll in the class and must be able complete the swim test.

There will be openings for Lifeguards at the FISD Aquatic Center later this Spring.  This class does not guarantee employment.  Employment is not guaranteed and an interview process is still mandatory.  Employment is determined by the Aquatics Managers of Forney ISD.
