The Local Cafe

The Local Cafe is the practicum-level experience for our Culinary Arts Department powered by advanced-level Culinary Arts students and our talented Chefs!

 

This craft kitchen is located at Forney High School and offers weekly breakfast and lunch service to our staff and community, as well as on-site service and catering for up to 50 people. Our ADA-accessible, bright dining room allows for lively conversation and conferences over a beautifully provided meal.

Hours of Operation coincide with the Forney ISD Calendar. Weekly breakfast and lunch service is available Wednesdays & Thursdays (7:00 am-8:30 am and 11:30 pm-1:00 pm).
