Sponsorship Opportunities

• Special Olympics (Apr): Each April Forney ISD hosts more than 200 special athletes for our very own Special Olympics competition. Sponsors help offset the cost of the event, including t-shirts for all athletes, pizza, drinks, medals and more. We also welcome volunteers.
• Beginning of Year Leadership Conference (Jul): This 4-day conference is held each summer and includes all district administrators (~300). Sponsors cover the cost of lunch in exchange for recognition during the event.
• New Teacher Welcome (Summer): All new to Forney ISD teachers are welcomed to the district during a weeklong orientation. Sponsorship opportunities vary, but typically include branded giveaways. Estimated attendance is between 400 - 600.
• Convocation (Aug): Each August, ALL Forney ISD staff (3,000+) gather to kick off the start of a new school year. Sponsorship opportunities vary from year to year.
• Forney Family Holiday Cheer (Nov/Dec): Each holiday season, we celebrate with our entire staff. Thanks to generous donations by our amazing #ForneyFamily business partners, we are able to have door prizes for all district staff. 

• Back to School Rally & Resource Fair + Project Backpack (Jul): Forney ISD and the Forney Education Foundation partner each summer to promote a community-wide event to kick off the school year and provide backpacks filled with supplies for qualified students. Sponsorship donations go towards the purchase of the backpacks and supplies.
• Pack the Pantry (Oct/Nov): Each Fall, Forney ISD campuses and business partners work together to pack the pantry with non-perishable food items to be donated to the Forney Food Pantry.
• Season of Giving & Angel Tree (Nov/Dec): Each Christmas, Forney ISD partners with the Lions Club of Forney to provide a holiday experience for families to help make their season brighter. Our counseling staff identify students and families who need assistance each year and we work with local business partners, churches and other organizations to make sure we can provide for these families.
• Uniform Assistance: Forney Community Ministries and the First Presbyterian Church of Forney School Uniform Exchange maintains an inventory of dress code shirts, pants, shorts, skirts and jumpers. Learn more here.

There are multiple opportunities throughout the year to put your brand in front of our community. We welcome promotional items—pens, notepads, bags, highlighters and other branded giveaways—to create swag bags for our different events and activities.
