Each computer has a particpant login to get them access to the games on the PC. However, to acess the gaming titles a participant must already have an account set up with that game and have access to it. If the game is a free title it is easy to get anyone access to the game, but titles that have a purchase cost require some other steps. Part of these steps are included in the half hour setup before the party reservation begins.

Full refunds are given prior to 30 days before the event. After 30 days, you may receive 50% of the invoiced amount in a refund. Within 14 days of the event, no refunds are given.

Yes, for private parties we allow outside food or drink with the exception of alcohol.

For safety reasons we cannot allow open flames in our facility. This does not apply to birthday candles.

The party price includes 12 children aged 8+. You may add up to 12 children for an additional fee for a max of 24 children.

You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to begin setting up for your party.

We will assist you in packing up your things and we will take care of the rest!

It is $50 for an additional 30 minutes. Please give us at least one week's notice if you would like to extend your party. This option is subject to availability.

FISD staff are eligible for a 15% discount.
