Elementary Advanced Academics

Academic Advancement at the elementary level is done within the general education classroom through differentiation. Pre-assessments may be used to determine a student's advanced needs. Students may also participate in Credit-by-Examination (CBE) to test out of entire grade levels. Click this link to learn more about CBEs. If you would like to have your child tested for grade-level acceleration, please reach out to your campus counselor. Advanced academic students are encouraged to participate in Academic UIL.
