Forney ISD IT is aware that OLE, our current LMS services are down. Users are unable to get to the site https://ole.forneyisd.net We are currently working with the OLE Vendor for a resolution and will provide any updates as soon as possible.

OLE access has now been restored for all users.
Please be advised of RapidIdentity Cloud Planned Maintenance beginning Saturday February 24, 2024 from 8:00 PM through to Sunday February 25, 2024 at 5:00 AM US Central Time.
The MyFISD portal will be unavailable during this time. (Including bookmarks, password resets, etc.)

Forney ISD IT will be performing required annual maintenance on PaperCut during our February 14th maintenance window.
Due to the nature of this maintenance, we expect PaperCut to be unavailable and all printing to be down for multiple hours. To ensure that there is enough time to complete the maintenance, or rollback all changes in the event of an error, we will be extending our maintenance window from it's normal start time at 6PM to 4PM.
Please prepare for all PaperCut services to be unavailable for the evening of the 14th, beginning at 4PM. All services should be restored by the start of school on February15th.
The Forney ISD FileWave service is currently unavailable for all users. The software kiosk is unavailable for all devices and new devices cannot be enrolled at this time.
We are working with FileWave's support and development teams to investigate the issue. We will update this post once a resolution or timeline is available.
Update: 2:00PM Feb 7th, 2024
FileWave services have been restored and appear to be stable. We will continue monitoring for further issues.
Update: 3:50PM Feb 7th, 2024
FileWave services have been stable for over 2 hours. We are considering this issue resolved. If any users have issues accessing the software kiosk or receiving updates from FileWave, please submit a Help Desk ticket for your device. Thank you.
Skyward will be conducting maintenance on all servers in February for the latest release.
All Skyward systems (including Student/Family access) will be down beginning Friday, February 16th at 6:00 p.m. and continuing until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, February 17th.
