Skyward will be conducting maintenance on all servers in June for the latest release.

All Skyward systems (including Student/Family access) will be down beginning Friday, June 21st at 6:00 p.m. and continuing until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, June 22nd.

RevTrek connectivity issue resolved. 

 

All RevTrak web stores and Portals are currently unavailable due to connectivity issues with a third-party vendor. This affects all school admins, parents and other users attempting to access their school web store or Portal. 

At this time, we do not have an estimated resolution time, but our team is treating this as a top priority. 

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

Forney ISD IT will be performing maintenance on our FileWave servers the morning of June 19th, 2024.

We expect all FileWave features to be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance, including the FileWave Software Kiosk. Maintenance will begin at 7AM and is expected to conclude by midday.

UPDATE: Clever badges are now back online and working.

Login with Badges on Clever is currently down. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue ASAP.

Due to the scope of maintenance, we expect all FileWave features to be unavailable for multiple hours. Maintenance will begin at 7AM and is expected to conclude by the end of the business day.

The FileWave Kiosk will be unavailable for all users for the duration of the upgrade.

What is the IT Support Blog?

The Forney ISD IT Department maintains this blog to communicate changes -both planned and unplanned- to our environment. This blog will be the first place we communicate any known outages or interruptions of service, as well as where we share newly released updates and planned changes for the future. Forney ISD Staff can join this chat space to be automatically notified of new posts to the blog.
