Homebound
When a Forney ISD student needs homebound services, the parent will initiate the process by contacting campus contact person:
- Campus Counselor/504 Chair—General Education homebound
- Campus Nurse—Compensatory Education Home Instruction
- Campus Diagnostician—Special Education homebound services.
