The Forney ISD Communications Department received multiple awards at the 2026 Texas School Public Relations Association (TSPRA) Annual Conference, including Best of Category honors, Gold Stars, Silver Stars, and Crystal and Platinum Certificates of Merit, recognizing excellence in educational communications and community engagement.
The district earned an impressive 10 awards, including one Best of Category recognition, four Gold Stars, two Silver Stars, two Crystal Certificates of Merit, and a Platinum Certificate of Merit for The OC.
“These awards highlight our team’s dedication to clear, effective communication and their ongoing commitment to ensuring our community stays informed about district initiatives and student accomplishments,” said Dr. Justin Terry, superintendent of Forney ISD.
