Forney ISD Receives National Showcase District Award from Capturing Kids’ Hearts® for 3rd Year

For a 3rd consecutive year, Capturing Kids’ Hearts has named Forney ISD as a National Showcase Schools District award winner.  Additionally, 17 Forney ISD campuses were selected as Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase Schools.

Capturing Kids’ Hearts uses experiential training, expert coaching, character-based curriculum for students, and personalized support to equip K-12 educators across the country with processes focused on building a relationship-driven culture.

The award celebrates campuses across the nation that go above and beyond to cultivate a safe and supportive environment for students and staff, creating a positive school culture that forges meaningful connections.

“We are extremely proud of our staff and their countless hours of dedication to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for every student in Forney ISD,” said Forney ISD Superintendent Dr. Justin Terry. “Their exceptional efforts in building meaningful connections with our students are truly inspiring, and this award is a demonstration of their unwavering commitment to prioritizing relationships.”

Capturing Kids’ Hearts® is proud to recognize outstanding school administrators, teaching staff, and faculty for producing exemplary outcomes with the CKH process.

Capturing Kids’ Hearts® National Showcase School awardees are evaluated and selected based on survey and performance data from administrators, teachers, staff, and students. Because of the rigor of our evaluation process, the Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase Schools award is both a high aspiration and an exemplary recognition of excellence.
