Forney ISD meets eligibility requirements as a High-Quality PreK program through TEA.
The PreK Family Engagement Plan ensures that partnership with parents is an integral component of the program.

Pre-K Pre-Qualification for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. To begin the pre-qualification process, please use the link above to complete the form for your child.
Upon clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter your cell phone number. Ensure that you have the necessary documents saved on your phone for easy upload. You will need to upload the following:

Child’s Birth Certificate

Documentation for Qualification based on the following categories:

Income-Based: Upload a current SNAP letter, one month of pay stubs, or a tax return.

CPS/Foster Care: Upload relevant paperwork from CPS or DFPS.

Military: Upload one of the following: a disability letter, statement of service, letter from commander, DD214, KES statement, or a copy of military orders.

Please ensure that all documents are clear and legible to avoid any delays in the pre-qualification process.

Note: This form is only for qualification. You will be contacted regarding qualification status via email. Be prepared to upload supporting qualification documents inside the Google form. Please do not fill out any enrollment forms in Skyward until you receive notification that you have been approved for Pre-K for the 2024-2025 school year.
Once enrolled in Forney ISD’s Pre-K programs, students must comply with the FISD procedures/policies related to attendance. Transportation is not provided to PreK students, unless outlined in a student's Special Education documentation.
