This summer, Forney ISD is adopting a new Help Desk platform powered by Incident IQ. The new Help Desk will conveniently unify IT, Facilities Maintenance, and Transportation under one web portal.
The migration to a new Help Desk is a large undertaking, and will be staged through the summer. The initial migration will just be for IT services, and will be completed by June 1st. Facilities Maintenance and Transportation are expected to join us on the new platform by the end of June, with more details to come.
We will begin the initial migration process on May 31st. During this migration, users may have trouble accessing the existing Help Desk. We ask for your patience on this day, and expect the migration to be completed by the morning of June 1st.

At this time, the IT migration to our new Help Desk platform is complete. We will continue to fine tune the new experience over the coming weeks and will complete the migration of our Facilities Maintenance and Transportation Departments from SchoolDude by the end of the month.

To add clarity to our previous update, while we have migrated to the new platform for day-to-day operations, not all existing tickets have been migrated. Over the coming days, we will move any currently open requests from the old Help Desk platform into our new system.
We apologize for any duplicate or erroneous notifications you receive from the old platform in the coming days.
