Warren Middle School StarSteppers Named Junior High National Champions
The Forney ISD Warren Middle School dance team, the StarSteppers recently competed at the American Dance/Drill Team Nationals in Arlington, Texas on Saturday, March 27 and were named the Junior High National Champions. Forney ISD continues to be one of the fastest growing school districts in Texas. In order to accommodate student growth, Forney ISD voters approved a November 2019 bond to build several new facilities. Jerry and Helen Griffin Elementary at Devonshire, Timothy V. Rhodes Intermediate, and Tony A. Jackson Middle schools are set to open in Fall 2021.

Forney ISD Proposes 9.5 cent Lower Tax Rate; Announces $70 Million Under Budget on Construction Projects
