Forney ISD Teachers Complete Forney Leadership 2.0 Course

Several teachers in the Forney Independent School District recently completed the District's Leadership 2.0 program designed to help educate and guide teachers into administration positions. 

Teachers who are accepted into the program meet on a monthly basis throughout the school year to learn and experience a variety of items that public education administrators manage on a daily basis. The program is designed to help teachers gain a greater understanding about how school district's operate. The program is also designed to help teachers possibly move into management positions such as an assistant principal, principal, director or other administrative roles.

Forney ISD teachers who completed the Leadership 2.0 program this year include Rayleen Guercia, Jennifer Ozuna, Danielle Alt, Shelby Denman, Sarah Hellman, Angie Harlan, Neely Kneggs, Ashley Toney, Kimberly Ragland, Heather Ford, Lockie Thomas, Lauryn Jackson, Joshua Waymire, Kathleen "Katie" Akers, Pamela Burleson, Alanna Jefferson, John Garcia, John R Cypert, Norma Nava, Lorena Luedecke, Skylar West and Miranda Olson.
