Frontline Employee Service Center Disruption

Frontline is aware of the text messages, with the four digit security code, failing for employees with Verizon or T mobile service. Frontline is working to resolve the issue. We are asking employees to choose the Voice Option to receive the four digit code until the issue is resolved. The voice option does work.
